Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2 to 3 business days for domestic shipments. Based on our 1 business day processing time, most orders are expected to arrive in approximately 3 to 4 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order destination, package weight, and package size.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available through USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail includes tracking.
Shipping Notes
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, postal delays, or other carrier-related issues outside our control.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Website Orders
Each piece from Pixel Prairie Co. is thoughtfully handmade, and due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Incorrect Items (Website Orders)
If something is not as it should be, please email team@pixelprairieco.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Note: If an item arrives damaged due to carrier handling or is missing but marked delivered, you will need to file a claim with your carrier.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following case:
- An incorrect item was sent
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Farmers Markets & In-Person Purchases
All sales made at farmers markets, pop-ups, and in-person events are final.
We encourage you to take a moment to look over your items before purchase, and we are always happy to answer questions or help you choose the right piece while you shop.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- In-person purchases
Handmade Nature of Our Work
Each item is made by hand, which means slight variations in color, pattern, or shape may occur. These details are part of what make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
